Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 24 Hr notice is required for all cancellations. The cancellation fee for same day cancel/no-shows will be 75%. If paying by gift certificate, the scheduled service price will be deducted from the value. No cancel fee is required if either the therapist or the client can fill the appointment time with another client/referral.
